What is boudoir and why should I do a session?

Boudoir itself is a French word that refers to a woman's private dressing room. Put simply, it is a cherished place that she has to herself with a more playful, provocative look, with nudity that is implied rather than shown.

Many women think a boudoir session is just not for them, that boudoir is for soon to be brides or gorgeous young women who can pose and strut their stuff like models. Boudoir is so much more than lingerie and sexy posing. Boudoir is for EVERY body! It is about seeing yourself from a different perspective and finding power and strength in who you are. Boudoir is a great way to celebrate your body and all that you have been through. It is the only body you have; cherish it, love it, & be fierce!
